Good clean condition, commercial grade clear span 6 m hex on 3m legs with panoramic roof 100% waterproof, walls consist of 4 solid walls (1 of these has a broken zip, I use this as the entrance as usually always left open, or rear wall that never gets opened, though broken it can be done up and of course possible to renew) and 2 Georgian window walls.

All heavy duty aluminium frame with cast aluminium joints and feet makes this easy to handle and transport, 2 person job to put up takes a little over an hour and very straight forward to erect.

No tools or machinery required, construction procedure is as follows:-
Slot frame together on ground, add cross wires X3 these are looped and just fit over a pin, when structure is laid flat these tighten and secure frame integrity, put on roof, add king pole, pace off stake positions and hammer in, add side lines, (this ensures if erecting in windy conditions it's secure while building), insert legs, reposition frame, add walling, stake feet, tighten side lines, add roof tension ratchets, job done!

Comes complete with all stakes (12 in all, 6 for side lines, 6 smaller ones for feet), sidelines, ratchet sets, these are all new condition, flag pole also included (flag not included)... the main ropes are not included and not required to secure this tent, were fitted only for bunting to be attached used here as a kids area structure.
